Do you make all of your own shade sails?
Yes! We're responsible for your job from start to finish, meaning we measure, create and install your shade cloth in-house. This ensures a perfect fit for your shade sail.
What thread do you use to sew the shade sail?
We only use PTFE thread, which is UV stabilised and highly resistant to breaking down in constant sun exposure. It's one of the best threads for this application on the market and will generally outlive the cloth itself.

Does my shade sail need maintenance?
Yes, shade cloths and umbrellas need regular maintenance to ensure they retain their original look and shape, particularly if they have a lot of leaves or plant matter falling on them.

The best method to do this is to use a soft bristle brush and sugar soap to gently work the soap into the cloth. Leave for 15–20 minutes before rinsing off.

For hard-to-remove dirt, use a commercial-grade cleaner, such as Wet & Forget.
